Lady Texan Volleyball Team Members Earn Postseason Honors

Multiple members of the 4A State runner-up Wimberley Lady Texan Volleyball team have been recognized with postseason honors. A total of nine players (the entire regular rotation) were named by the district. In addition, Wimberley swept the three superlative awards. The District 28-4A honors are:
District MVP
Paige Crawford, jr.
Defensive MVP
Rhyan Masur, sr.
Offensive MVP
Brina Jones, sr.
First Team
Analyse Detmer, sr.
Holly Harwood, sr.
Jordan McFarland, sr.
Second Team
Cameren Davis, jr.
Layla Dubuisson, jr.
Ava Kientz, sr.
The Lady Texan volleyball team also announced that seniors Analyse Detmer, Holly Harwood, Rhyan Masur, and Jordan McFarland were recognized for their classroom work by being named to the Texas Girls Coaches Association (TGCA) Academic All-State Team. TGCA awards Academic All-State honors to seniors that: have a grade average of 94 or higher, are in good standing on a varsity team, and have good moral character.
In addition to the state honors, several members of the team were named to the District 28-4A Academic All-District team. They are:
