Over the Halloween weekend, the Wimberley Education Foundation (WEF) hosted Wimberley Drive-In Movie Nights at The Waters Point. This was a safe and fun two-night event that not only brought the community together, but raised money to benefit our schools, teachers and students.
WEF is a tax-exempt, philanthropic organization of citizens that works to increase private support for educational activities in WISD, supporting activities not funded by tax dollars.
The WEF Board would like to thank the community for its support, and give a special thanks to The Waters Point and to the following sponsors for helping to make the event a success:
Mark Bursiel with Century 21 Randall Morris and Associates
Van De Walle Family Dentistry
Stevens & Malone, PLLC.
Constable Don Montague
Ozona National Bank
