STAAR Scores Information

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has released students’ assessment results for the 2023-24 STAAR (State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness) grades 3-8 assessments and the End-of-Course (EOC) exams that are given at the conclusion of Algebra I, Biology, English I, English II, and U.S. History courses. Your student’s report can be found by accessing the TEA’s STAAR Portal

If you’re having trouble accessing the portal, or you need your child’s Unique Student Access Code, see our step-by-step instructions below.

How to Access TEA's Texas Assessment Family Portal

To access the TEA Family Portal, you will first need your student's unique identification (UID). There are two ways to do this:

  • Login to the WISD Skyward Parent Portal.
    • On the left menu bar, click on "Documents".
    • Under "Documents - Attachments" there will be a link titled "TSDS (Your student's school name). Click on this link.
    • A smaller window will load with a button that says "View Report".
    • After you press that button, the report will load, revealing your student's TSDS ID on the far right of the report.
    • Once you have copied or written down the TSDS, you're ready to move to Step 1 below.

**Or, you may use this option**

  • Use the UID lookup tool here.
    • Select the “Student Lookup” button and input your child’s First Name, Social Security Number, and Date of Birth.
    • Press “Search” and the UID field should be populated with your student’s UID
