Hello!  My name is Christi Jacobs, and this is my 2nd year at JWE.  I graduated from The University of Texas Austin with a bachelor's in Youth and Community Studies in 2007.  Shortly after, I began my teaching career, and absolutely fell in love with it!  I continued my education by receiving a Master's in School Counseling through Lamar University in 2019.  I am a lifelong learner and hope to instill the love of learning in my students.  

My family moved to the Wimberley area in 2017.  My daughter will join her brother at Danforth this year.  As a family, we love traveling, hiking, and all things basketball.  I'm looking forward to a great year of learning in 4th grade!
