Hello!  My name is Sara Espinoza, and I am thrilled to be part of the Jacob's Well team!  Learning is my passion, and I most enjoy doing it with a community that I already love like this one!

 

For the past 25+ years, I have taught a wide variety of subjects and grade levels, but 5th grade is my favorite.  I am a graduate of Texas A&M and have a Masters in Educational Leadership from Texas State.  I grew up in Central Texas and started my teaching career in North Texas, but my family and I moved to Wimberley seven years ago after spending ten years in Latin America.  My husband and I currently have three children in Wimberley schools, so if you're at a WISD event, we'll probably see you there!

 

For me, teaching is both an art and a privilege.  One of my favorite things about teaching is that it is always an adventure with each student bringing his/her unique voice to a shared story.  I look forward to hearing those voices and seeing where our adventure takes us this year!
