2023-2024
This will be my 16th year teaching, and this is my 12th year at Danforth Jr. High. I was born and raised in Brenham, Texas, where I attended Blinn College. I graduated from Texas State University (San Marcos) in December 2007. I have taught students of all ages, from Pre-K through age 22. What I love most about DJH is how truly dedicated all the administration, teachers, staff, and students are to making each and every day better than the one before.
At home I have 3 dogs, Watson, Penny, and Lucy, and 2 cats, Bob and Sherbert (not a typo!). When I'm not teaching I enjoy cooking new recipes and watching cooking shows or true crime shows on TV.
