Enrollment Growth - $72.1 Million
- Multipurpose Educational Auditorium
- WHS & DJH Choir and Theater Classrooms (in academic auditorium building)
- WHS Band Hall Expansion - to include changing rooms/restrooms, storage, practice rooms, raised lights
- DJH Band Hall Expansion - to include rehearsal hall, ensemble/practice space, office, storage
- WHS Texan Gym Entry Expansion - concessions, restrooms, storage
- DJH Gym Entry Expansion - concessions, restrooms, cheer mat storage
- WHS on-campus weight room expansion
- DJH Weight Room Addition
- WHS Hallway Reconfiguration + Nurse's office reconfiguration, covered walk to CTE + outdoor dining expansion
- DJH Remote Administration Office Relocation/Renovation + Hallway Reconfiguration
- Increased parking at BHP (50 additional spaces)
- Increased parking at BB/SB complex + purchase of land to accommodate parking expansion
- Increased parking for bus fleet at Transportation facility
- Multipurpose activity surface (70-yard artificial turf field with 15’ runoff on all sides)
- Addition at BB/SB complex to include lockers, restroom renovation, coaches office, storage

Updating Facility Infrastructure - $24.27 Million
- HVAC/Mechanical/Plumbing Updates at WHS, DJH, JWE, and Texan Academy Scudder
- Exterior repairs and updates (roofing, windows, foundation) at WHS and DJH
- DJH Science classrooms renovations
- Girls’ locker room repairs and renovations at WHS and DJH
- Repairs and improvements at Texan Gym, Bridges Gym (WHS) and both DJH gyms: New bleachers, powered BB goals, scoreboard + sound reinforcement, new lighting
- Restroom repairs and improvements at WHS and DJH
- Baseball/Softball complex lighting replacement
- Addition of awning and signage at Transportation facility
- WHS + DJH parking lot/driveway refurbishment
- WHS elevator replacement
- WHS + DJH + JWE Interior lighting replacement

- Updating server infrastructure
- Replace and Upgrade existing Network Firewall with NGFW (Next Generation Firewall)

- Replace District Copiers
- Replace and standardize Intercom Systems across District
Safety & Security - $6.45 Million
- WHS + DJH + JWE Fire Alarm/Fire Protection Equipment Upgrades
- WHS + DJH Security fencing
- Addition and replacement of safety cameras (buses + campuses)
- Rekeying campus door locks
- Panic alert system safety/security devices for campus staff
