  • Participants: Incoming 7th-12th Grade Boys and Girls

    Week One: June 3-6
    Week Two: June 10-13
    Week Three: June 17-20
    Week Four : June 24-27 

    Week 5: July15-18
    Week 6: July 29- August 1 

    Time: 7:30-9:30 a.m. 
    $100 for six weeks if paid before May 20
    $140 for six weeks or $35 per week
    T-shirt included after two weeks of camp attendance
    Dress: Shorts, running shoes, t-shirts 
    Payment: Cash, check or credit card payable to WHS Activity Fund


Female Training on Field
  • Description: This Camp offers an opportunity for young male and female athletes to achieve overall improvement in strength and speed. As part of the six-week camp, athlets will perform strength, speed, stabilizing and agility excercises on a daily basis to improve performance, prevent injury and build sportsmanship. The instructors will reinforce proper technique in a motivational environment to enhance the experience of each athlete. The camp is not established to be sport specific, but rather guides and encourages athletes to focus on progressive strength, speed and agility in preparation for participation in any sport.
