On-line Application

Applicants
Your  interest in employment with Wimberley Independent School District (WISD) is appreciated.

All applications must be submitted through the online application.  You may apply for administrative, certified, or para-professional/support positions posted.

Hiring Practices
Wimberley ISD follows site-based hiring practices.  The selection process is made by campus committees.  The actual offer of employment is extended by the Human Resource Department (including the salary and next step pertaining to employment).

Please do not contact the campuses directly.  You will be contacted by the Peer Interview Committee regarding an interview.

Applying
Once you have read and agree with the information above, please take a moment to review current vacancies at the District by clicking on the link below:

Internal Applicants

Log into the WISD website www.wimberleyisd.net, select the Staff tab, now you will select the Staff Resources tab, followed by the Skyward-Employee Access-ERMA selection.  You will log-in as though you are going into ERMA.  Once you have logged in you will see an icon entitled Fast Track Open Positions.

This is where you will go to view current vacancies.   Once you have viewed the vacancies and located a position of interest you will check the box and then scroll over to the right and select the Apply for Selected Position(s) button. 
A menu for existing users and new users displays, you are ready to create a profile (if this is your first time logging in to the on-line application.


External Applicants

You will first visit the employment tab, followed by either the current openings and/or on-line application selection.

Once you have clicked on the on-line application, you will scroll down to the search button.  View current vacancies by position i.d. number and once you see a position of interest, you will check the appropriate box, scroll over to the right hand side and select apply for position.

At this time, you will set-up your profile to apply for the position.
